British Director Steve McQueen’s feature debut. In selected theaters now.
Check out Cary Fukunaga’s critically acclaimed feature debut, SIN NOMBRE. Cary was two years ahead of me at NYU’s grad film school so its inspiring to see his career take off. He also won best director at Sundance this year.
This is a promo I directed for Muller St. Cyr and TriConnect Entertainment.
This is a trailer for recording artist Colin Munroe called “Colin Munroe is the Unsung Hero”. Simple. Mysterious. Creative. I like it. I could direct something like this lol.

Windowlicker, is short film/music video by Director Chris Cunningham, who also did Bjork’s new video that was featured on Kanye’s blog. Its an over-the-edge parody of American gangsta hip hop music videos. The video held my attention throughout the 10 minutes, but it loss me when the women’s faces turned into weird bearded men. I think that was the point. I blame this on “white girl”.

My documentary, 25 TO LIFE, was recently selected for NYC’s prestigious Independent Film Week. Formerly known as the IFP Market, Independent Film Week is the oldest and largest forum in the US for the discovery of new projects in development and new voices on the independent film scene. The 30th anniversary will be held in NYC from September 14-19. My project was selected for “Spotlight on Documentaries” where filmmakers will be meeting one-on-one with potential financing partners. I recently joined forces with a couple of other talented filmmakers to start a boutique production company, Procreate Pictures. Last month, we partnered with Okayplayer to cover the Roots Picnic Festival in Philadelphia. The day included performances of Gnarls Barkley, The Cool Kids, J*Davey, The Roots, and others. Check for webisodes on Okayplayer.com. It was HOT. No, really, it was soaking sweat fish grease hot.
